Amazing service, the mods and admins in the discord are super nice, one of them even joined my server to see what my problem was, they offer free trials on server plans(if you ask for it in the discord) and the actuals ervers themselves are amazing. Specs are incredible value for the price. All in all amazing hosting service and 10/10 support.

Amazing host! Above and beyond with the customer service, they were available almost 24/7 with IT help. I'm almost clueless when it comes to the files and whatnot of a server, but the support manager helped me a lot with advice (ie helped me figure out how to fix mob spawner AI which Paper screws up with its default settings) and tech support from the sys admins was phenomenal. Could not recommend more, for the pricing (which is lower than most hosts you'll see) that is an absolute bargain paired with nearly 24/7 tech support, you won't find anything better in this plane of existence.

Springracks is by far the best hosting platform I have used. I have been a customer now for over six months and have nothing but good things to say. I have not had an issue with server performance since I have been a customer. Support is extremely fast, competent, and friendly. I've seen the staff go above and beyond for other customers, including adding new game support. Servers are also priced very reasonably. Maintenance notifications can be a bit short notice but other than that, absolutely stellar service. 10/10

I recently bought a server with them. There was a few issues that I had, but the service was incredible. They helped me through everything while setting up my server. They verified it for me, so I didn't have to mess with it. And the price if very affordable. The servers run great, really fast, and you have a ton of customization options. It basically gives you a server, and you have full FULL control of it. 100% would recommend over other hosts.
